RENAL PATIENT IN NEED OF APARTMENT

Hello, I'm Jeremy and I'm a stage five renal patient in Indianapolis, In and a  father of five i have been on dialysis for three years when i found out about my disease i cried and cried til i meet my wife who i thought was the love of my life, but a year maybe two things changed she no longer wanted to be better or worse so ask me to leave me and my disabled son who was very sick we had nowhere to go cause i gave up my Goverment Apt to be in a new home together i was making good money until my company shut down due to me getting sick and going to the doctors plus my son received benifets, im a good guy im attending Martin University of INDPLS but my benifits and my child support rears i can never get a full check i got leins on my cars   even thou i have been consisted with payments i cant catch up looking for work but my body from sleeping on floors and cars cant get a real sleep i feel so worthless but i keep fighting im so tired need support to get feet in the door please help me please i never ask but im lost and scared of my survival today please i can do alot just im super stressed thank you for listeningt..I would love to have my apartment and some repairs to my car to get around before christmas.
