Remington, The People’s Mustang

Mary Kitzmiller is a highly regarded horse trainer.  She gives more than she receives.  She is entered into the Fort Worth Extreme Mustang Makeover with a horse that is her Heart Horse.  Remington will be so compelling that we are afraid Mary will not be able to buy him back. Mary should buy him back because under her continued care, this American Mustang will be the penultimate ambassador for their capabilities.  It is the ultimate Sophie’s Choice.  Mary could have withdrawn from the competition.  Mary could have sandbagged, leading everyone to believe the horse is not amazing.  Instead she is forging on, but it will break her heart to lose this Mustang, who can do so much more to promote the species. She has some funds for bidding, but if someone wants this horse, she may not have enough.  With your pledge, Mary can bid beyond her personal funds.  If she does not need our help, all funds are returned.  If she gets outbid even with our funds, all funds are returned.  If she uses some or all of our funds to successfully acquire the horse, monies are prorated accordingly.
