Remembering Ron Luong

It is with the heaviest heart that we announce our incredible brother, Ron Luong has unexpectedly passed away. Ron has fought a beautifully admirable and courageous fight until his very last breath. Ron suffered seizures that contributed to his passing on Friday, August 28th 2020. He passed away peacefully surrounded by immense love and family.
Ron was the light of our lives. The funniest uncle, the most thoughtful brother, and a remarkable son. He was the most incredible friend... the kind that would wrap you in his scarf and arms for warmth and support.
Ron had a strong passion for volunteerism, the Asian-American community and culture, Native-American community awareness and development, and equality of all living things. He loved family, friends, adventure, a good suit (always dressed to the nines - no matter the temperature OR location), sea-life, 90's jams, and creating unforgettable memories.
Anyone lucky enough to have crossed paths with him, understood his inimitable charm. His selflessness, compassion, and beautiful perspective on life is unmatched. His laugh, contagious and filled with joy. His smile, as bright as his optimism. And his heart, the kindest of them all. We love you forever, Ron.
Thank you all so much for the outpouring of love and support. Many friends, colleagues, and loved ones have asked us how they can help and what they can do given the current climate with the pandemic, so we have created this page in honor of Ron. Funds collected will help cover medical and funeral expenses as well as his future celebration of life. We thank you so much in advance and appreciate your compassion, condolences, and support during this extremely heartbreaking time.
