Remembering a Cowboy, Leslie Hernandez

Donation protected
Leslie has been a student at West Leadership Academy since her Freshman year.  Shortly after becoming a Cowboy she was diagnosed with cancer.  She fought a good fight attending school while getting radiation treatments.  She lost all of her pretty hair, but wore beautiful beanies while walking though our hall ways.  She always had a smile on her face.  Recently she was learning on-line, but still continued to keep in touch with her friends and staff.  Her one wish before she died was to graduate from West High School as a Cowboy!  She did it! It was really hard for her to attend while not feeling good at all.  Leslie left us on Sunday, February 21st.  She will be missed tremendously.   There is no insurance money for Leslie.  Please help give her the funeral she deservers.  No amount is too little.  We thank you for helping.  Leslie was a smart, beautiful child.  She worked hard to get her diploma.  "Once a Cowboy, always a Cowboy!"  We miss you already sweetheart.
