Lost everything in Fire Love Grows Everything
Donation protected
It has been over a month since the Woolsey fire ravaged Southern California and Marcela and family of 7 (ages 2 thru 72) lost their home. She had just taken in her family from Oregon, and they were struggling before the fire. Everything is gone. Marcelas only income was from her tenant and home based jewelry business. Her stones and jewelry supplies, studio, guitars, piano, tools, generator etc were lost in the fire.
Emotions range from fear to grief, panic, peace, sadness, gratitude, thankfullness and abundance of love and trust that everything will be ok eventually.
The outpouring of love and support from family, friends and complete strangers has been mind blowing and heart warming to say the least. The amount of people that have gone out of their way to provide clothing, hygiene items, food, toys for the kids, beds and food for the dogs & cats has been amazing
Marcela has had to pay out of pocket for motels since the fire, and money running is running out. They need funds to find a temporary home, replace Marcels laptop to help navigate thru the red tape etc. Rebuilding your life from the ground up is a daunting task.
