Relief Fund for Colfax River Fire Survivors

The 2021 River Fire started in Colfax on the county line between Nevada and Placer Counties spreading rapidly to over 2500 acres in less than 24 hours. In the first 12 hours 35-40 homes were destroyed and 2400 people were evacuated from their homes. While this is just a drop in the bucket, hopefully we can help those most in need. Our community really wants to support the River Fire families that have lost their homes or are displaced by evacuations. Our hope is that this fund can meet some of the immediate needs of survivors.
