Dear Friends of Faction,
Like many of our friends in the industry, our employees are being drastically affected by the order announced on Monday 3/16/2020 for all non-essential businesses to close in order to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
As owners, we are trying to respond as quickly as possible to ever-changing information from the County and State in an unprecedented situation. Though our employees are eligible to receive unemployment benefits and support through other agencies, many need financial assistance immediately until those benefits come through in order to pay bills and rent. Bartenders have seen an immediate drop in income (not to mention declining income leading up to the closure.) We hope that this will help fill the financial gap for them as we actively explore other ideas to assist them during this uncertain time.
If you are in a position to support our team through this tough time, we would be incredibly grateful. 100% of funds collected here will be distributed amongst all our employees. We are truly fortunate to be a part of an amazing community and we are doing everything possible to weather this storm together and get back to serving beer and watching sunsets with you.
