Hi friends.

I'm sure some of you may recognize Donnell as a Local Native Artist. He's been down on Elgin st selling his paintings for many of years. He also does alot of group art, and work shops around the city. He also has a heart of gold, the biggest smile, and everyone is his friend. 

Some sad news has come up in Donnell's world lately, and we'd like to show him some love and support.

Recently, the building he lived in caught fire, and his unit was damaged by smoke. So he was forced out. He had just bought a brand new mattress that cost him $1300, and 2 years to pay for, that he was really sad to see go.
He's now living in a rooming house, and and really doesn't have the best neighbors. 

Even worse news....one week later. Donnell's been diagnosed with Liver Cancer. He'll have to go for surgery, while living in a rooming house. 

The thought of someone having to go through all that, and in the middle of a Pandemic, is gut wrenching. 

If we can help this beautiful soul out a bit to get him with maybe a new mattress, and a few things he may need, that would just be so amazing.
