On April the 2nd at 6 a.m, 18 year old Dakota Dix, and her mother lie fast asleep in their Carrollton home, when they were awaken to the smell of smoke. Flames had engulfed the family’s two story home, with no exit. This heroic young lady was able to pull her mother to safety, who still remains in the hospital at Grady, but as a result, suffered tremendous burns throughout her body, with significant damage to her face and hands. In addition to the mounting medical bills for both Dakota and her mother, the family lost Everything..If you are willing and able, please be a blessing to this family.
