Returning home after 20 years of incarceration

My name is Theodore Rhone and I would directly benefit from this cause. The reason why I'm asking for your support is because I was given a life without parole sentence under of the three strikes law in 2003. I did 20 years in prison and never expected to be released. But after my conviction was reversed because the the jury selection process was racially biased, I was finally released on July 27, 2023. I fought for myself for 20 years and became a paralegal during my incarceration, using these skills to win my freedom. I am 65 years old and have no income or permanent living situation. I am struggling to find sufficient support to help me succeed in the community. It is very difficult for me not to be able to support myself and my family. Going back to prison is not an option for me, and I am so appreciative to finally be free. I am asking those that can do so to support this cause. This fundraiser will help me afford housing, transportation costs, clothing, and the every day things I need to live and support my second chance at life. I would like to thank you all for your help. I am very grateful and can't put into words how much your generosity means to me. It is so enormous, so awesome, and so much kindness — I'm humbled to even think that someone would want to help a person they don't know. Thank you again.
