As we know, MLT is a remarkable nonprofit dedicated to accelerating economic mobility and expanding career opportunities for individuals. For over 20 years, MLT has empowered more than 15,000 individuals to achieve fulfilling careers, while also partnering with over 200 leading employers to foster inclusive, meritocratic workplaces.
