Reggie 'The Wimbledon Legend'

As you all know, everyone is going through a tough time due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We have had to endure lock-down, worries about food, jobs and the mortgage; not seeing our family or friends in person, apart from WhatsApp or Zoom.
However, that feels insignificant to the loss of a loved one. Sadly, Wimbledon has lost a great one. Reggie was one of three brothers who ran the 'Newport Ford and Wine' off-licence on Leopold Road in Wimbledon. Reggie mostly did the late-afternoon / nightshift. He knew everyone by name, he always asked how you and your family were. He knew what you were going to buy as soon as you entered the shop. It was impossible to “pop-in” to the shop, as you always knew you would be there chatting for 10 minutes! He made the world a better place.
We are fundraising to support his family cover the cost of the funeral and hold a memorial fit for someone who had served the community for many years and who had a huge impact on everyone's life.

Much missed son, brother, uncle and friend to many, many people.
