Red Riot heartworm treatment

Hello, my name is Emily, and this is my dog Red Riot. On November 20 I took him into his vet after I discovered blood in his stool. What I thought was only a giardia infection turned out to be something worse. On November 23 he was diagnosed with heartworm. 
Riot is my whole world we live together near my college and do everything together. He loves going out to the dog park and chasing his friends or going to the nearby river and swimming. He has been my main companion throughout this entire pandemic and drives me to want to finish school and keep giving him a wonderfully exciting life.
All the funds would go toward his treatment of the heartworm and towards his recovery. I would be forever grateful for the funds I am able to raise to give my boy a chance at being heartworm free and live a happy healthy life. He is currently on the path towards treatment and I am hoping to raise the funds over the course of a month to help start the next phase of his long treatment plan.
