Recommission TT600

My friend has been diagnosed with an incurable cancer of the blood. The treatment isn’t working and the cancer continues to spread. His wish is to ride his beloved Triumph TT 600 again. It has been in storage for at least 12 years. I really want to get this on back on the road for him to ride again. I have a friend that has agreed to do the work but the cost of replacement parts for the engine, brakes, forks and tyres will cost than I can pay. Please can people help me achieve his goal in riding again for a final
time. Thank you
