Recall of the Fargo School Board

We are a group of parents that have banded together to recall members of the fargo school board. A recall is simply a new election to ensure we have the right people in place making decisions for our children, our educators and our community. Their job is to engage with the people who elected them and they simply are not. After a year of many issues we the parents said enough is enough we need people on this school board who are here for the right reasons, willing to engage, communicate and listen to parents and teachers. So we began this recall. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into but we knew we couldn't fail. The cost of the recall for supplies, sign boards, clipboards, printing costs, petition circulators and the campaign cost that will come after we collect all the signatures. Some of the big issues that we as parents faced this past school year was school boundary issues, medical mandates, hybrid learning plans, ethical concerns with board members, using ESSER funds to purchase books that support CRT, school board members who degrade our teachers such as yelling at them during contract negations meetings, violence in our schools. this just names a few, the testimonials from over 30 parents can be found on our website. Funds will be used for:

Reimbursement of supplies: Printing, clipboards, signs, tables

Petition Circulating costs: paid vendor booths at events, volunteers time

Campaign Costs: Signs, advertisement

We need the funds by the due date of the petitions Aug 26th
