Rebuilding JCM Counseling

Hi, my name is Janet. I have been a therapist working in and around my community for 23 years. The private practice I shared with Clara Monroe was housed in the Center Street Professional Building. The building, especially where ours was located, was completely decimated by a tornado on January 24, 2023. The building is going to be demolished. We both lost our vehicles and everything contained in our offices was destroyed. Due to the wording in our lease agreement, none of our articles contained in the building are insured. We are starting from ground zero. At this point, we are looking for office space and need to be able to furnish the new place. We have nothing. We went from having three furnished offices and a waiting room to nothing in a matter of minutes. Our community has expressed interest in helping us so I created this gofundme.
