Rebuilding for Rebecca

My friend, co-worker, and fellow dental hygienist, Rebecca McCulloch, like so many of our friends and neighbors, has been displaced from her home by the flood waters from Hurricane Harvey.

As the water rose, spilling under the doors and filling the first floor of their new home, Rebecca, her husband Jeff, and their adorable young son, Julian, gathered their five dogs and two cats and waded to the rescue boat. You can see from the photo above that they have lost their entire first floor and it's contents, as well as Rebecca's car. 

I know that everyone is being asked to donate to help many thousands of people who are in similar situations. I'm not asking anyone to give a lot. I believe in the power of many people giving a little bit, and I know those who are able will give a little bit more.

Those of us who were spared this terrible devastation can make a difference by offering support to help ease the terrible financial burden of having to reconstruct a home, replace possessions and rebuild lives.

Together we can help my friend get her family back into their home and get her family's life back to normal as quickly as possible. 

Let's get Rebecca, Jeff and Julian back home again!
