Rebuilding Neighbor's Fence From Stolen Car Crash

A stolen car crashed into my next door neighbor's yard last night on the corner of Park and Thomson. The damage to his fence and yard is extensive.
He is stuck with the responsibility of paying a high insurance deductible and this should not fall on his shoulders.
I am hoping to raise $1,500 to cover his deductible and any additional expenses that he is going to incur. Any assistance you
