Last year, amidst the challenges brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic, we persevered and adapted, transitioning from take-out only to reopening our fine-dining restaurant. Your unwavering support and loyalty have been the foundation of our business, and we are immensely grateful for each one of you.

The Incident:

On July 17, 2023, a devastating fire broke out in our restaurant just before opening time. As we eagerly welcomed a new refrigerator to enhance our services, a fire erupted in the kitchen, spreading quickly and reaching the roof. Despite our valiant efforts to control the flames, the damage was extensive, leaving our once vibrant kitchen in ruins.

Our Journey:

As a woman-owned restaurant, our journey has been one of determination, passion, and love for serving our community. Our goal has always been to provide the finest food quality and the warmest hospitality to every guest who walks through our doors.

The Aftermath:

The aftermath of the fire has left us facing not only the emotional toll but also the financial burden. Unfortunately, the insurance coverage does not extend to cover the necessary remodeling expenses. The estimate for rebuilding our kitchen, updating the infrastructure, including the ceiling, flooring, and electrical, and ensuring compliance with the latest safety codes amounts to a daunting $250,000.
