Rebuild home for flood victims

Hello everyone,

My name is Tshering (Terry) Peljor, from Bhutan and currently, I live in Darwin, NT, with my wife and two children. I am an educator.

Three days ago, my entire village has experienced tragic landslide, loosing all their homes, crops and livestocks due to heavy downpour. Five people lost their lives and my mum and dad were pulled out of debris after four hours long rescue mission. They are being treated in the hospital right now. It breaks my heart to see my parents in this state and their life long belongings gone and other family members misplaced.

However, I consider myself very lucky to have them survive this tragedy. I am willing to support them in all my capacity to get them back on their feet.

Therefore, if you generous people out there has few cents to spare, I would be immensely grateful, so I can use it to rebuild home for my parents, when they recover.

Quick note. Any amount raised more than $20000 will be shared among other community members effected by this tragedy. I can’t thank you enough for any amount you have sacrificed. God bless us
