Shirley Bennett house fire reconstruction.

Hi, my name is Vickie. On Sunday May 15th, 2022 my mother's house was hit by lightning and burst into flames. My mother, Shirley Bennett has suffered so much loss and devastation. Unfortunately she is widowed and lives alone with her Maltese, Daisy.

My mother is 72 and partially disabled.

She had no insurance because her premium doubled due to so many disasters and the cost of materials. On a 750.00 per mo social security, she couldn't afford to renew the policy. My brother and I are cleaning and doing all we can; however we will need to rebuild her kitchen completely.

People have been so kind to offer food and clothing and these items have been a tremendous gift and blessing. We are asking that anyone who has skills to sheetrock, paint, lay flooring, roof repair and hvac, we welcome hands on help. If you feel in your heart to donate to this cause we will be extremely grateful. Every little bit helps. If a financial contribution isn't within your budget, please pray for us. Items we need:

Sheetrock, paint, flooring for 1300 Sq ft, kitchen cabinets, light fixtures, window blinds, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, refrigerator, stove, microwave, towels, countertops, sink & faucet

We are trying to salvage as much as we can.
