Rebuild Chris Lucia's Home

The Lucia family lost their home last night in the CZU Lightning Complex Fires that are currently engulfing towns and neighborhoods throughout the Santa Cruz Mountains. Luckily the four of them are safe and had evacuated prior to the fire reaching their home last night. Chris and Julie have two kids, 11 years old and 3 years old. Our hearts are breaking for all of our friends who have and will lose their homes due to these threatening fires. Especially even more so with the news of the Lucia’s home. Their whole neighborhood at Fallen Leaf is gone. This horrible news is just unimaginable and the family is still in disbelief. We can’t imagine what this family as well as so many other families they are going through right now, learning their homes have been burnt to the ground. We created this go fund me for the Lucia family to give them hope. We want to ask if you could help us in letting them know they will get through this and that their friends and community will come together for them. Any monetary donation provided will go towards helping this family rebuild. We want to be able to provide them just the smallest bit of relief during this unimaginable time. These donations will go directly to them to help them with temporary housing, clothing, essentials and anything else that will provide their children comfort.
