Rebuild bathroom to include roll in shower

I have MS (Multiple Sclerosis) that I was diagnosed with in late 2004. I have steadily gotten to a point now that my wheelchair has become my only way around the home and beyond. I now find that the bathroom that I had made  accessible for the condition I was in does not work for my condition now. I have fallen several times in the last couple of years just trying to get in and out of the shower stall.

I am trying to raise enough money to rebuild my bathroom to make it fully ADA. That includes lowering the concrete floor to accommodate an area for water to drain away from the toilet and doorway but yet be able to roll in with my wheelchair and shower in it. That also includes ADA style tile and all hardware needed. The doorway will be opened up about 8 inches more with a barn style door to be easier for my wheelchair to access the bathroom.

Due to how many times I have fallen recently, we are trying to get it as soon as possible. I appreciate any help to get this done!
