support Justino Medical expenses

I am writing a story on behalf of my father Justino Francisco he’s 52 years old he’s a hard working father always providing for his family. This what happened on Sunday morning at around 11am and 12 on 9/30/18. He was trimming a 30ft palm tree at shoppes at oakbrook plaza and some how he lost balance and fell,he fractured right temple, spine,right shoulder and ribs cage , we reaching out to get some help for his medical expenses, so please contribute what you can every little bit counts, we are greatly appreciate every bit of help out there.
