BeFit Bushfire Appeal

This Saturday the 11th of January, BeFit Training Unley have organised a Bushfire Appeal event to raise money for our communities in the Adelaide Hills, Kangaroo Island and NSW who have been significantly affected by the Bushfires.
Our team participants are:

Mary Morgan
Eric Casciano
Nate Trittruf
Lachlan Mudie
Collectively, we will be raising money for WIRES: Australian Wildlife Rescue Organisation to aid in wildlife rescue advice and assistance for sick, injured and orphaned animals. This summer there is the additional stress of the emergency events and surviving animals will be struggling long-term with dire food and water shortages and loss of habitat.
On Saturday, our team will complete:
12.3km Ski or Row (currently 12.35 million acres have been burnt across Australia).
200m run after every effort
Every 2km each team completes 30 ‘deadball ground to shoulder’
