Please help support MMDTC!

Please help support the Mendota Mdewakanton Dakota Tribal Community (MMDTC)!

The Mendota Community has had an office in Mendota for 25 years until now.

We need support to expand and get a new Tribal Office.

We currently have no office; we have no conference room or place to hold meetings.

We cannot have our programs for culture, language, or regalia classes.

We need to preserve, protect and promote the Dakota Culture for Future Generations.

We are currently using the Dupuis House, but we have no control when we can use it.

We are currently working on a capital grant through Best Buy, but we need support until it is approved next year, and build a community Center.

We are looking for a commitment to raise $2000 a month for our new office.

MMDTC is a 501-C3, you can search for our non-profit details on the Minnesota Attorney General’s website www.ag.state.mn.us/.

You can learn more about our history and who we are at our website www.mendotadakota.com/mn look under ABOUT to see our panels to see our beautiful but sad history.

Please help your local Native American Community in Mendota MN.

We are having our 20th Wacipi - Pow Wow Sept 13-15-2019 at St Peters Church in Mendota. Donations are needed for the Pow Wow too.

Feel free to call us any time with questions. 651-452-4141
