Help our Luna Bear

Luna, our beautiful and sweet 7-year-old boxer, has been in and out of the hospital due to severe stomach and GI problems that have caused her to become very ill. Her condition has made her lose a significant amount of weight (more than +25 pounds) and has declined her health in so many ways. Her condition began in December 2021 and while she got better for a little bit, her health has declined once again. Luna has not eaten in over a week and at this point is just exhausted from feeling the way that she does. We are now at a point where she will require surgery this Friday (April 8th) to figure out what is causing her to be this ill and to rule out any cancer or other conditions that might be exacerbating her ability to eat. We have had Luna since she was just 4 months old. She is our family and it hurts us so much to see her this way. She is our little salsa dancer because she shakes with so much joy when we are home. We are reaching out to our family, friends, community, and anyone that could help us alleviate any financial costs. We appreciate anyone's help to support our Luna bear.
