God Cares Children’s Ministry

I have been supporting charitable projects for many years. Since 2019, I have chosen a small family of orphans from God Cares Children’s Ministry , a village in Wakiso District, Uganda, to do this. The God Cares Children’s Ministry was started by Kanyike Farouk. Farouk currently cares for 95 orphans in a small home in a village where there are not even street names. There is a lack of everything. Especially clean drinking water. The HIV rate is particularly high in Uganda, and most of the orphans have lost their parents to the virus. Many volunteer social workers like Farouk, himself a former orphan, take care of the children in small groups and they are completely dependent on donations to provide them with food and education. God has been providing together with some donors, Farouk and the children every month with school fees and school materials, rental costs for the current hut, food, water, clothes, firewood and hygiene articles. They have also able to support them in setting They have also able to support them in setting up their own website for their social project. A direct exchange with photos, videos and heartwarming conversations let me participate in everything. . It is unbelievably beautiful how happy a pair of flip-flops can make. Farouk can buy the most necessary things in the local shops. Clean drinking water can only be bought in jerry cans in the village. God Cares Children’s Ministry is a home of hope for parentless, needy and former street children. Currently we have 95 children in our care and many others we care for in different villages. Our Foundation would like to raise funds to build a big home of hope for our children and other homeless, where they can truly experience the love of a family. We are currently renting a place where we are living, but we have many challenges and on top of that, the owner would want us somewhere else,And looking for a different place, would be so difficult to find for our big family. Building a home of hope has been our goal for a while and after doing some research we found that a goal of $15,000 would be enough to make this dream of buying land and building a big home-for the children a reality. .
