Rays last wish
Rays last wish was to have his ashes spread in the arrow town river in New Zealand and to give back to the palliative care unit that took such great care of him in his time of need.
He wanted his family to be able to attend a
service in New Zealand to spread the rest of his ashes in a town with such rich family heritage. It was enough having their brother and friend pass without being able to say a formal goodbye but not being able to attend the funeral Due to Covid and also the expense it poses to get here has been devasting to say the least.
We want to provide the opportunity for them to say goodbye together as a family.
Part of the money will also be used to get his family that are stuck in other parts of the world in the same place for this one very sad but special day.
The rest will go to the palliative care unit that helped so much During the time of his sickness and until the very end. They went above and beyond and the appreciation we have for the unit cannot be expressed in words.
Father of Regan and Shane Anderson.
