Ray's Car Accident Medical Fund

As some of you know, my brother Ray was in a car accident on Wednesday, October 4th.
While driving, he passed out, crossed six lanes of traffic, and crashed into a fence. Thankfully he did not hit any other car, and the fence stopped him from going into a retention pond. Unfortunately, he ended up going over multiple curbs, causing the car to sustain damage. Also, he hit his face, what I can only guess is multiple times, on the steering wheel. This caused substantial damage to his mouth. The airbag never deployed.
He has since had surgery done to his mouth, where he had to have three teeth removed and a large wound stitched up. Our mother paid for that treatment, so we are hoping to recoup that. He's also in need of dentures to replace the teeth that were damaged.
In addition to the above, we're hoping to get him into a doctor to find out what caused him to pass out. This is the third time he's passed out in the last couple of months, so we are concerned.
Ray has no insurance, other than personal injury protection on his car insurance policy. Though, I don't know how far that will go, considering he was treated at the hospital before he went to a dental surgeon to repair the damage.
We don't know the full cost of his medical bills as of yet, so we are starting with a goal of $5,000.
