Raquel Casanova’s Journey

Family and Friends! As many of you may already know, on Christmas Eve Rocky Casanova suffered a Hemorrhagic Stroke and has since been in the intensive care unit (ICU). This type of stroke is caused by high blood pressure and causes bleeding on the brain. As you can imagine, the Casanova family is absolutely devastated and is in need of your prayers for complete healing and recovery.  As you can also imagine, this crisis has caused a severe financial burden for the family during this current time, and will only intensify during the weeks and months to come.  While we cannot predict exactly what lies ahead for Rocky, we know that God will walk alongside her and her family throughout the hard journey that lies ahead.   What we do know at this time is that she will remain in the hospital for several weeks and then will be released for rehabilitation/physical therapy.  ALL of us can imagine the financial pressure this situation places on a family and we are humbly asking on their behalf for your support.  Anything you can give will be used to offset Rocky’s medical bills and to assist with family priorities.  The Casanova Family is very private - it took a village to convince them to allow us to ask for this help on their behalf.  We ask at this time that you continue to pray for them, offer support with a financial contribution, and come back here for updates on Rocky’s condition.  We know the Bulverde/Smithson Valley community is STRONG, and we ask that you help us spread the word of this GoFundMe campaign.

Chris and Rocky have AMAZING friends,I am not the one talking to Chris daily, I am just a friend that took this task on to help.  My direction/updates comes from their closest friend.
