Randy & Terrie Smith - Mayo Clinic

Randy & Terrie Smith - what comes to mind when I think of them?  Great, kind, helping, caring, loving, people.   On July 16, 2017, they are traveling to Scottsdale, AZ.  Not for a vacation.  Not for pleasure.  But for Randy's medical issues.  He has appointments all that week at the Mayo Clinic to hopefully get some much needed answers that have been baffling them and all of the doctors that he has been to in Lubbock thus far.  He has been dealing with his health issues for a while but in the last year and a half it has escalated and now it's time for answers.   I was getting ready for work yesterday morning and the thought came to me...do they have all the funds to travel that far and to stay that long?  So I called Terrie and asked if I could set up this page for them to hopefully reach out to a lot of you and to seek help financially to make sure they can afford this trip.  Randy is the son of Rosemary and the late Dan Smith from Lazbuddie, TX.  Terrie is the daughter of Elder Don and Sandra Martin from Amarillo, TX.  They attend church at Muleshoe Primitive Baptist Church and are very well known in the Muleshoe/Lazbuddie community.  He works at Ray Lee Equipment and she is the owner of The Honeycomb.  They have been involved in the American Cancer Society's  Relay for Life for Bailey County.  They have helped the kids of the Lazbuddie schools in Robotics for many, many years and have traveled many miles to support them.  Their kids are Rochelle and Dustin Jones and Riley and Jenn Smith. They have 1 grandson, Khai Smith and one granddaughter, Charlotte Smith, soon to arrive in July.  They also have  other very special people in their lives whom they also consider "their own", Shawndee and Landon Meeks, Chelsee and Cody Ponder and Todd Nichols, as well as their other grandsons, Cole Meeks and Lane Ponder.  Randy and Terrie are special to a lot of people and I know they will appreciate your help of any kind.  They also are in need of and desire your prayers, for God is thy Great Physician.  Thank you.
