Randall's Fight Against Cancer

 My father Randall is almost 65 years old,  and has spent his life raising 4 boys. He spent 16 years in the military,  worked many awful and hard jobs to make ends meet and give us the best life he could. He has never been a possession type of person, he's always given more then he had. He is the type of person who would give anything he has to help someone else with out thinking twice.   NOW HE'S THE ONE WHO NEEDS HELP! He was diagnosed in May of 2017 with stage 3b NSCLC ( Non small cell lung cancer ). He only had one tumor that was inoperable as it was attached to the lung and spin.  He under went both radiation and chemotherapy treatment to fight it.  Tumor did shrink some with this treatment plan.  6 months later after another PET scan, we found out that the cancer had mutated and spread to different parts of his body. It is now stage 4 NSCLC. They recommended immunotherapy  treatment ( Keytruda ) to attempt to fight the cancer this time. This is a very expensive type of therapy.  Treatments are every 3 weeks and are about an hour away from home.  These treatments are just a extender of quality and quantity of life.  They want to try radiation treatments as well on the new tumor hot spots that have shown up as well. He starts treatment in Feb, 2018. The pain he is in from the cancer eating away at his spin is forcing him to quit his job.  We want to support him and let him enjoy what time he has left with out the worry of excessive financial burdens. We are collecting funds for his monthly bills, medical bills, co pays, and the chance to enjoy some fun loving times and adventures with his kids and grandkids while he still has time.   Thank you, for reading and any support you can give.
