For Carlos Sr and Ramon's El Dorado

For the last several years, he has worked tirelessly to feed the community where he was raised and preserve the legacy that his father built. And like most small businesses, this one struggles to hold on. Despite the overwhelming number of obstacles Ramon's has faced, Carlos Sr. has continued to work nearly every day to take care of his family, staff, community, and to keep this business alive. And he does it all while putting himself last.
Last month, our family received news that Carlos' health is compromised and he will need to undergo surgery. Effective 5/17, we will be closing our doors until further notice. Our future is uncertain, but know that Carlos is determined to open our doors again to this community.
Sadly, without Carlos, Ramon's El Dorado cannot continue to stay open or manage its many expenses. At this time, we are asking for the help of the community he loves so much. Thank you for your support, Collinsville. We see you, Carlos. And we love you.
