Rally for Travis

This is a request of help for Travis Hanson and his wife Christie Bulin in East Tawakoni, Texas.
Travis was badly injured in a serious car accident on October 13th where they were hit broadside in Quinlan, TX. He was care-flighted to the Brain & Spine Hospital in Plano with three broken vertebrae in his neck, frontal lobe head injury, three broken ribs and some less serious cuts and scrapes. He was in ICU for five days and had surgery to repair the vertebrae in his neck with permanent titanium rods and screws along with some bone grafting. It caused nerve damage that restricts any use of his right arm and is going to be a very painful healing process. The hope is to restore future use of his arm through physical therapy.
Due to the extent of his injuries, Travis requires 24/7 home care for a couple weeks, and is unable to return to work anytime soon. Christie is caring for Travis and is also unable to work due to multiple long-term health issues that require frequent visits to the hospital for care.
The accident totaled their only car. They have no transportation for required doctor and hospital trips coming up. Family members live in both distant Fort Worth and Cooper, Texas.
Please help this couple through this very hard time. All contributions received will help toward purchasing a used vehicle for them along with general household, gas, and life expenses in the upcoming months.
