Ralfies new challenges.

On 4/30/2018 my son Ralfie Madrigal was stabbed in his spinal cord while riding his motor scooter by a man that was attempting to take his life.  This vicious attack nearly severed the main nerve in his spinal cord,  leaving him a paraplegic.  My son was already handicapped due to being born with a form of dwarfism.  In his life he has had many surgeries and both hips replaced just to be able to walk.  Walking was always a struggle to him but he was finally able to walk with minimal pain.  To have that ability taken away is unfathomable.  
After nearly a month in the hospital,  my son will be coming home with a new set of challenges and needs.
It is our hope that he can get help with the things he needs for these new challenges in his life.   We are asking for help with the medical bills not covered by insurance,  a custom wheelchair made for his unique proportions,  a stairlift since his bedroom is upstairs,  and hopefully a modified van that he can drive and still have some independents,.
