Seth will be having his second brain surgery on Monday, April 9th. The Dr. recommendation was to go in and take as much of the remaining tumor as possible.  After the surgery Seth's recovery is expected to be at least 4-6 weeks.  He does have short term disability, but it doesn't kick in until after 30 days.  Unfortunately, Seth has already used his sick leave time and will have to go without pay for those 30 days.  When short term disability does kick in, it will only cover 60% of his income.  The stress of brain cancer, tumor and surgery is a huge burden.  Financial stress is one place where perhaps  family and friends can help Seth and the family so that they will be able to focus on taking care of one another.
