Raising money to bring Abu-Bakr back home.

Hi, my name is moin Younis I am raising money with Abu-bakr’s big brother to bring my little cousin back home to the UK.

Abu-Bakr aged 16 was involved in a serious bike accident as a passenger whilst on holiday in Pakistan, which has left him with life threatening injuries and paralysed from the waist down.

The injuries that were sustained are broken spine, broken ribs and internal bleeding to his lungs.

However we need help bringing him back to the UK before it’s too late. We have contacted the British embassy for help who then advised us to contact a medical repatriation company.

We have managed to get in contact with AD MEDICAL AIR ASSIST who have given us an estimated quote of £40.000 including medical costs.

The reasoning behind this is to ensure we can bring him back safely on a stretcher with the help of UK medics as a standard airline will not approve.

Please note: All donations will be directly drawn out by Abu-Bakr’s big brother and he will be in charge of all expenses

UPDATE: Abu-bakr has had risky life changing treatment in Pakistan due to the pain and state he was in. Abu-bakr is now conscious but is still paralysed from the waist below. His spine is stable and he is able to move around a little with a bit of support. This means he can now travel using first class economy using a wheelchair to get him to the plane and off once he’s arrived. The money that has been raised will go to the treatments used in Pakistan and will go on a first class ticket to bring him home.
