Raising money for Somewhere House Somerset.

It’s that time of year again! Jake is doing his annual 24hr live charity stream a little earlier this year. This will be his 4th year raising money for charity‘s close to his heart.

This year he’s chosen Somewhere House Somerset.

This amazing charity provide much needed 1-1, person centred therapy & family/relationship therapy as well as other services.

Somewhere House Somerset have been an incredible support to some of Jake’s nearest & dearest and provide a much needed support in the local community. All therapy sessions are donation based which means you only pay what you can afford.
