Raising money for John Austin’s children

On July 16th, Officer John Austin passed away at the age of 38. He left behind his wife, Kathy,  his 6 year old twins, Maddison and Logan, his dog Oakley, and more family and friends that will miss him than could ever be listed. 

He was a corrections officer at 2 jails, beginning at Gloucester County until that was closed, and continuing his career in Salem County. He was very proud of a career doing a job that most people wouldn’t want. 

With how much time is spent on shift, our families are who miss us the most. I’ve created this GoFundMe to raise funds for Maddison and Logan to do anything and everything they might want to do, because Austin would have worked it out to make it happen for them, and anything that can be done to give them an extra smile or laugh is something his entire family deserves.
