Raising legal fees for bullied son

My 12 year old son has been bullied since the beginning of the school year. The bullying had been reported to a teacher and my son was separated from the other student. The bullying continued. My son reached his breaking point on September 27th when he said he was going to bring a gun to school. My son was arrested, booked, and is being held in a local juvenile detention center.

My son is an A/B student and plays violin in the orchestra. He has never been in trouble a day in his life. He is a kind soul and a sweet child. He is now a scared young man that has been failed on multiple levels by adults he is supposed to trust. 

We are asking for any amount of assistance to contribute to his legal defense. We intend on fighting this on all fronts of the legal system. Any funds above and beyond his legal needs will be donated to an anti-bullying campaign that actually makes strides and protects our children. 

Our family is heartbroken and we feel incomplete. Our son has never been away from family, yet now he is being housed with drug users, abusers, and delinquents instead of at home with his family that loves him. The system is further traumatizing a child that, through consistent bullying, has been traumatized enough. 

Please help us us get our son home where he belongs so we can begin to heal!
