Help Chad Sommerfelt Medical Needs

My nephew Chad Sommerfelt has been in the hospital for 2 weeks on a ventilator for pneumonia and heart failure. He has continued to have problems with breathing.
On Monday they are going to do surgery and put a Tracheostomy in him and feeding tube into his stomach. Because he still cannot breath on his own and they feel the ventilator needs to come out before other complications start.
Chad lives on a fixed income. I have checked into a lift chair for when he gets to come home and insurance does not cover that cost.
He will need the lift chair so he can sit at different positions to help him breath and he is going to be extremely weak.
For those that don't know Chad he is my nephew and my sisters son Georgia Amo Sommerfelt. I would be so appreciative of anything you could help in getting this for him.. But most of all please pray for his continued recovery.
