Raisin Needs Surgery!

Raisin is a super sweet and happy Lab mix who arrived at our shelter as a stray in Mid December.  Just a few short weeks ago, he found his perfect human and went into his foster to adopt home.  JUST before he left the shelter however, Raisin was playing in the yard and ran hard into a tree, hitting his hip.  We immediately had him checked out and he was prescribed some pain medication and it was decided we would send him home and watch.
Unfortunately he began limping shortly after he went home.  Raisin has now seen a few vets and it has been determined this poor boy has fractured his hip!  Raisin is a young and vibrant dog and we want to keep him moving!  He is now in need of FHO surgery on his hip.  The wonderful M20 Animal Hospital has agreed to complete his surgery but we need to raise $1,700 to cover the surgery and all his appointments.
Please help us get this sweet dog on his feet again, so he can be officially adopted and loved always in his forever home!
Donations can be made to this Go Fund Me or in person at the shelter 4371 E. Ashman St, Midland, MI.
Thank You!
