Help John Suta

Hi All,

Most of you know John Suta, happy go lucky character here at DDC, friendly with everyone. 

Last Thursday, I was informed that he had suffered a stroke and was hospitalized.  It’s fortunate that he did not suffer any paralysis, however his speech and possibly memory are affected.   He was under close monitor and observation over the weekend and has just been transferred to Vallejo Kaiser Permanente for initial speech and memory rehabilitation.  According to his wife, he is aware of what is happening but at present, conversation is limited to short question and answer exercise.  His wife and family are with him constantly and I’m told he does respond and acknowledge some of the time and it is strong when he does.

I am maintaining contact with John’s family and assisting where possible or necessary.  I will try to keep everyone posted on his condition and recovery.   John’s wife wishes to express her thanks to those who are already aware and have called with well wishes.

Let’s please think positive thoughts for John’s recovery and for his family as well.
