Tim Mackley’s Memorial at Eastnor Castle
Donation protected
Sadly we recently lost our amazing, courageous Dad after a 2 year battle with colon cancer.
Throughout Dad’s journey, he showed nothing but strength, hope, perseverance and remained his stubborn, witty self. We feel so much pride as a family.
We would firstly like to thank everyone for the kind messages and the huge support and love we have received. It has been heartwarming to learn how many people he has touched.
As many of you know, our Dad, Tim, was a huge Landrover enthusiast and he shared his passion with many of his friends. Eastnor Castle holds many fond memories for him and the whole family. Even prior to him being born, his parents would attend an annual off-roading competition there in Ledbury and he has attended every one since he was born.
In memory of our Dad, we would like to raise money towards a memorial bench which we hope to be placed at Eastnor Castle, and a dedicated trophy for one of the next Landrover competitions.
With the making of the bench, we will also be having another ceremony to commemorate his life with friends and family who weren’t able to attend his funeral in France.
We feel this would be the most personal and special way of remembering our Dad and we would be extremely grateful for even the smallest of contributions.
Thank you whole heartedly from the Mackley family.
