raise money for khalid's life saving sugery

      Khalid is a 39 year old father of little girls, aged 9, 10 and 3. He is the sole provider for his family and is suffering from hereditary acute kidney failure of both of his kidneys , he is need of immediate surgery to save his life.  He must travel to Egypt to get the surgery as soon as possible and needs your help to raise funds to get this life saving surgery.
