Raise money for Jovanny’s eye surgery

Hi my name is Freddy Martinez, I'm raising money for my younger brother Jovanny Martinez (age 21) recently he's found out he has a severe stage Keratoconus, a disease in which tissue covering the cornea is thin and leaves the person slowly unable to see unless they receive a cornea transplant. My brother has done a lot of charity work helping with various food and clothes drives through corner stone church in Chowchilla, helped start a rally advocating for students rights in his high school years, all while maintaining an above average GPA eventually helping him transfer to UC Berkeley where he continued to help the impoverished communities. He is on the verge of completing his last semester at UC Berkeley all the while battling this disease that stands in between him finishing school
