"rainBEAU's recovery fundraiser"

Last weekend (17-18 September) Beau was involved in a severe medical incident. He was rushed to hospital and placed in an induced coma. He was having seizures and falling into cardiac arrest. As his mother Linda told me, “WE ALMOST LOST HIM”. Early this week Beau’s condition stabilised and the doctors slowly begun to bring him out of the induced coma. Beau is expected to make a full recovery, however, it is unknown how long that will take. He will be in the care of his family for the immediate future and won’t be allowed to drive a car for a period of 6 months.

The purpose of this fundraiser is to generate financial support for Beau and his family to cover his rent, groceries, specialist trauma recovery physicians as well as any other financial miscellaneous occurrences relating to his recovery.

Beau is grateful to be alive and is slowly coming to terms with the gravity of this situation, as well as his long road to recovery.

Beau’s family have requested that he not be contacted for now. He is already under a lot of stress and uncertainty and they want to create a tranquil environment for him to move through this trauma recovery period.
