Thank you to all of the friends and family who have sent their love and well wishes to Yasmin, Matt, Karim and Alia. Their home was one of 991 that were lost in a matter of hours when the Marshall Fire blazed through the Boulder suburbs of Louisville and Superior, carried by 100mph hurricane force winds. Mercifully, the family (+ their cat Hunter) made it out alive, but tragically, they have been left with little other than the clothes on their backs. It will take at least 18-24 months to be re-homed and they have lost almost all of their worldly possessions. I hope that you can join me in helping my sister Yasmin and her husband Matt cover their most immediate expenses and make a dent in the overwhelming cost of starting over again.
