Please Help!!!

Hundreds of horses, many of which are registered Thoroughbreds and Standardbred, have been terribly injured in the devastating floods that are currently affecting the NSW Northern Rivers.

Volunteer Vets and triage volunteers desperately need wound dressing supplies, Antiseptics, Antibiotics and Feed. We also need to purchase fuel to assist the private helicopter operators who are donating their time and aircraft to reach horses and other livestock in need.

Many horses are still stranded in the water and have suffered bad leg injuries from wire fencing and floating debris.

 

All supplies are desperately needed, and the volunteers are still unsure how many horses are affected as they are discovering more every day.

Our goal is to raise funds that will go directly to people dealing with this crisis in the flood zones.

Racing industry participants and horse lovers alike now is our chance to help those suffering through this terrible disaster.
